How to Apply
Please begin by filling out the form. You will then be contacted, and notified if there is availability. If there is, a time will be scheduled for you to come to the facility to continue with the admissions process.
1. Fill out the form
The first step is to fill out the form. This will get the process started, and you will be notified if there are any openings.
2. Set up a meeting to visit the facility
If there is availability, a time will be scheduled for you to come and visit the facility and meet the provider.
3. Discuss the policies and fill out paperwork
The daycare policies will be reviewed with you, and you will need to fill out the required paperwork.
4. Set up a start date
If you decide this is the right place for your child, you can set up a date for them to begin.
5. Return physical form
You will be required to return the physical form for your child within 30 days of them starting.

Fees
Full Time
5 days (over 5 hours per day) – $130 per week
Part Time
1-5 days (under 5 hours per day) – $5.50 per hour
1-4 days (over 5 hours per day) – $26 per day
